Your missions if you accept them:

Perform the tasks of cleaning, setting up and dressing restaurants
Give instructions to teams and participate in work
Setting up service consoles
Welcome the customer upon arrival at the restaurant, seat them at a table and present them with the drink menu and then the menu
Supervise the flow of service for tables in your row
After the service, clear the tables
Advance the implementation for the next service
Tidy up service equipment
Intervene with the customer within the limits of his responsibilities
Set up the tables before each service
Check the cleanliness and integrity of dishes and cutlery
Take and empty dirty plates, glasses and cutlery in the kitchen for diving
Take the order and send it to the kitchen
Know perfectly the dishes on the menu as well as the possible dishes of the day
Explain to customers the composition of the dishes at the time of service
Answering customer questions
Check that the service is running smoothly
Enquire about customer satisfaction during and after the meal
Carry out the payment
Clear the tables
